The European Climate Change Adaptation Conference ECCA2021 virtual session ‘At your Service: Climate knowledge and information as enablers for climate action’ engaged users and providers of these enablers to seek views and insights as to how knowledge and information are and could better inform and inspire the required climate action (adaptation, resilience and mitigation). This video highlights the resulting shared views and insights drawing on the deliberations during the webinar – two panel sessions, the launch of the European Data Explorer and seven breakout group discussions.

In a nutshell this video depicts perceived successes and priorities towards re-imagining the knowledge and information being provided and how they are used to be consistent with the evolving nature and scope of required climate action.  The resulting illustration point to challenges for academic, providers’, and user communities and funding organisations to identify and deliver the required research and innovations that will result in knowledge, information, and resources that will support climate action today and in the future.
