On 11-12 September 2025, JPI Climate participated in the ARCHE Final Event: “Bridging Towards Resilient Cultural Heritage” at Tour & Taxis, Brussels. The event marked the conclusion of the Horizon Europe ARCHE project and the launch of its Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda (SRIA), which will guide the future European Partnership on cultural heritage and climate change.

JPI Climate has contributed to this process, notably to the joint White Paper. The partnership builds on this foundation and will strengthen collaboration between the cultural heritage and climate change science communities, engaging stakeholders to co-develop systemic solutions for resilient cultural heritage.

At the event, JPI Climate was represented by executive director Petra Manderscheid, underlining the initiative’s strong commitment to future cooperation with JPI Cultural Heritage and other partners.
