DUT Call 2025: Funding opportunity for climate neutral and resilient cities

The Driving Urban Transitions (DUT) Call will open on September 1, 2025. This call is the fourth one under of the DUT Partnership co-funded by the European Commission (EC) under the Horizon Europe framework programme. This edition seeks innovative projects that help cities tackle urban challenges and accelerate the transition to climate neutral and resilient future. The 2025 call focuses on three key thematic areas, the Transition Pathways: 15-minute City, Circular Urban Economies, and Positive Energy Districts.

Participating countries
Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, Hungary, The Netherlands, Poland, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland are confirmed participants to the call. More countries will be added as they confirm until the call opens.
