30th Meeting of the JPI Climate Governing Board

The 30th meeting of the JPI Climate Governing Board (GB) took place on 7-8 October 2025 in Bonn and online, hosted by BMFTR & DLR-PT.

The Board discussed JPI Climate’s ongoing and upcoming actions, including the Equinox Process, Roadmap to Climate Neutrality Forum (CNF2026), MAGICA’s Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda (SRIA), and the Assessment Report on the Atlantic Meridional Overturning Circulation (AMOC) jointly done with JPI Oceans. The GB also recognised the success of the 7th European Climate Change Adaptation Conference (ECCA 2025) held in June this year, and the contribution of JPI Climate to the conference’s success.

Forward-looking ideas on JPI Climate’s future roles in addressing European and global challenges were also part of the discussions.
