ECCA 2023

Event

JPI Climate will organise a European Conference on Climate Change Adaptation on 19-21 of June, 2023 in Dublin bringing regional stakeholders (policy and decision makers) together around state of the art climate adaptation science and knowledge for a climate resilient Europe. In person event for up to 500 people with life streaming for online access and interaction.

ECCA2023 Audiences

Our priority audience are adaptation experts, policy-makers, local authorities, practitioners in climate risks management, the private sector with a focus on businesses already engaged with and taking action on climate risk, investors, NGOs, citizens organisations, youth and education organisations, community groups engaged in adaptation, communicators and all interested individuals.

ECCA2023 Objective

Practitioners will have learnt how to and where to source trusted climate information in order to effectively implement successful climate adaptation actions. They will leave the conference with an expanded community network of fellow practitioners across the European regions for mutual knowledge sharing and support. As ECCA2023 organisers JPI Climate/MAGICA will contribute to a growing Europe wide community of practice.
